Returns and Exchanges

There are no returns to the Seattle Weekly store, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. To receive return authorization for defective or damaged merchandise, contact Debbie Porter and be sure to include your phone number.

Shipping

Shipments to Washington state have a flat Shipping and Handling fee of $6.25 up to 15 pounds. Outside Washington, US shipping starts at $6.25. International shipments will be determined at time of order. All items will be processed within 2 business days. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using ground shipping (1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.

It's been a few days and I haven't received my order yet?

If you placed your order a few days ago, give it a few more. If you had your order sent to your office or work, ask around at the front desk - it could have been delivered to someone else. Now if you still can't find your package or it's been more than a week since it shipped, then send us an email as it might have been returned to us as undeliverable, or lost in the mail. We'll be happy to take care of it!
